On day 1, you’ll discover the key cellular mechanisms and processes behind fatigue and energy production. We’ll then explore the two maps specifically created to help you to decode your fatigue and plan your route to recovery.
In this video we’ll explore how the impact of your mental state, (specifically being in a state of stress) affects your energy production; we dive into the research supporting the mind-body connection and what this means for those with fatigue-related conditions. Finally we’ll cover factors such as genetics, types of system loads, personality patterns and how they play a role in fatigue.
On day 3, we breakdown the three core bodily systems that can contribute to fatigue when in a sub-optimal state.
